Our products are used in many different applications. Here we present some of them.

Film perforation

Plastic films are used in all kinds of packaging. Many of our customers have the need to perforate foils to allow air and humidity to escape.

Spiked rollers made of brass, aluminium or plastic are a reliable choice for a simple cold perforation. We produce spiked rollers and devices to be used inline. Our cold perforation devices are built to be easy and safe to use and maintain. The spiked rollers are shielded while inserting the material to allow safe operation.

For higher requirements concerning quality or size of the perforation or for special films a simple device might not be sufficient. For those use cases we produce complete perforation machines. A common solution for clean perforation of films are our hot perforation machines. In case of higher temperatures the spiked rollers are made of steel. We can use different technologies for heating. Perforation of nonwoven

Cleaning clothes made out of nonwoven are perforated to get a higher quality product. It is done using hot perforation machines to ensure a consistent hole pattern.
