Embossing rollers

We produce special embossing rollers with round pins.

After the application of the pins the embossing roller is grinded to the desired diameter and the edges are burred and rounded according to the requirements. Any pin diameters can be used and any figures can be represented as far as a minimum of 0.3 mm of material is left between the round pins.

Our embossing rollers are used for the production or equipment of foils as well as for the production of hygiene products.
